George Kydes - Chief Operating Officer

George joined eWayDirect in January 2005 and has since been responsible for driving the technology behind the company's products and service offerings. He brings with him 15 years of solid experience in the technology industry and has worked for a number of different startups.

Prior to joining eWayDirect, George worked at The Spoken Hub, a provider of high-volume direct-response telephone campaign services. During that time he successfully managed and implemented infrastructure that included data warehousing, intranets, list management, and reporting/analytics.

George also was team lead and principal architect from its inception for eGain Communications' live chat and collaboration product. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University and a M.S. in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon University.
