Patricia Wilson - VP, Customer Support Services
Patricia Wilson has been an integral part of the eWayDirect Customer Support team since the company's inception in 2000.
In 2004 she opened the customer service operation in Raleigh, North Carolina, and has headed the division ever since.
Her team has been instrumental in building the company with a clear focus on exceeding the expectations of every one of our customers.
Prior to joining eWayDirect, Patricia worked with Neil at National School Reporting Services, Inc., where she was also a key part of the customer service team.
Patricia is currently working on her M.B.A. at the University of Phoenix.
