Priority1email contains a small, secure download that deposits an icon (branded for you) into the subscriber's desktop tool tray. The icon is a live link between the subscriber and your message center. Each time you send a campaign to the subscriber, the icon alerts the subscriber that a message is waiting in the message center. The subscriber then clicks on the icon, or on a companion slide-up notifier, to go to the message center and view the campaign. Messages are archived in the message center outside the clutter of users' email boxes.

Performance goes hand-in-hand with functionality. Priority1email subscribers respond at a much higher level than email subscribers.

Overall response rates for the same people moving from email to Priority1email show one and a half to two times the open rates, three to five times the click rates, and a four to five percent increase in sales for every one percent of the subscriber list to complete the install.

One difference between Priority1email and RSS or other feed deliveries is the reporting. Priority1email includes real time reporting on opens, clicks, page views, orders, items purchased, time of purchase and exit pages. Bounce tracking is irrelevant with 100% delivery!
