Our rapidly growing, 50+ person Internet software company is looking for a dynamic marketing leader with a history of successfully contributing to sales growth. We sell online marketing software (acquisition, email, social monitoring) to over 100 great brands, many of which are household names.

Responsibilities include generating qualified leads for our sales team, being the go-to strategic resource for company media relations, advertising and interactive programs, and managing the creative projects we execute for our clients, all with your team of 4 – 6 people.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• This position is responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, training, and managing all marketing functions to achieve the company objectives of rapid sales growth, and visibility, while ensuring marketing messages and positioning consistent with the corporate direction.
• Create, manage, coordinate and execute all marketing strategies and implement tactical plans that meet and exceed company expectations.
• Develop unique marketing strategies targeting key customer segments that increase brand awareness generate quality leads.
• Analyze, evaluate, plan and execute marketing activities and strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Candidate should have 5+ years experience in marketing with a focus on lead generation, and have managed a marketing team.
• Candidate must have strong business writing and design skills.
• Candidate will work very closely with the head of sales, and be able to work collaboratively with staff to create a results driven team oriented environment.
